Description

WELCOME to the 37th international JEM-EUSO Collaboration meeting website

The meeting will be held in person in Paris from Monday, June 2nd to Friday, June 6th, 2025. Remote participation will be possible through the following zoom link: https://u-paris.zoom.us/j/84168462472?pwd=oo5MmJsU5Re5cbKPHkhuPnyzfkyRPW.1

A "pre-meeting" will take place on Saturday, May 31st (with a possible extension on June 1st, 2025, if needed), to discuss specific issues related to the OffLine simulation/reconstruction framework and work collaboratively on some of its aspects.

VENUE:

For those who already know APC or attended the Nov. 2023 JEM-EUSO meeting, BEWARE: the venue will be different. The meeting will be held in a different building of the campus of University Paris Cité in 13th arrondissement, namely the Olympe de Gouges building, ~200 meters from APC.

We will use alternatively two rooms located in front of each other on first floor, rooms 105 and 153: take the main "red stairs" (see arrow below) and then turn left and left.

A map of the area and main access can be found here (to be updated with information in English soon): https://www.veblen-institute.org/IMG/pdf/acces-odg.pdf

NB: the OffLine meeting on 31st of May will be held in a different place, namely the APC building (room 646A). Please make sure you register for that meeting so that your name can be added to the list of persons allowed to enter the building during the week-end.

REGISTRATION:

To participate, please register by clicking on the "Registration" button in the menu and filling in the requested information.

You will receive an email when your registration is confirmed by the organizers.

PRESENTATION SUBMISSION AND UPLOAD:

If you wish to do one or more presentations during the meeting, please contact the conveners of the corresponding session or the organizers.

Once you are registered, you can also submit a title for one or more talks and upload slides, using the "Call for Abstracts" button in the menu. NB: formal abstracts are welcome but not necessary.

A file with your slides can be attached at the bottom of the abstract submission form. Do not worry if the slides are not ready at the moment of the title submission. You will be able to log in to your account later, find "My abstracts" and attach the slides of the corresponding talk.

TIMETABLE:

NB: throughout the website, time is shown by default in local Paris summer time (i.e. UTC + 2 hours). To show your local time, select the appropriate timezone in the upper right corner of any page.
