Description

We are looking forward to welcome you for the Spring meeting of the IRN Terascale organised in Bonn, from 28-30 March 2022, made possible by funds from the Université franco-allemande / Deutsch-Französische Hochschule.

The meeting will be held "in presence" (although we will also have a Zoom feed for those not able to travel); sanitary measures/requirements such as the use of masks (surgical or FFP2), will apply.

To access the workshop site you will need to have a proof of vaccination (EU Digital COVID Certificate). Furthermore, people entering Germany should check if they have to fill the entry form prior to their travel: https://www.einreiseanmeldung.de/#/

Do not forget to inform your local Scientific Management Committee member (see terascale.in2p3.fr) to let her/him know of your mission for subsequent reimbursement. The lunch on Monday and the dinner on Tuesday evening will be paid for centrally, so should not be considered in your mission costs.

Your contribution to the programme is welcome. Please contact the coordinators of the corresponding session if you would like to give a talk:

Higgs Nicolas Morange, Christophe Ochando, Pietro SlavichFlorian Domingo
BSM Eric Chabert, Björn Herrmann, Romain Madar, Jérémie Quevillon, Saurabh Nangia
