KM3NeT Collaboration Meeting

The KM3NeT Collaboration meeting will take place at the Centre de Physique des Particules de Marseille (CPPM) the 29-31 January 2013. The meeting starts Tuesday morning with the Institute Board during which the new management team will be endorsed and the chairperson of Institute Board elected. The Tuesday afternoon and all of Wednesday is parallel sessions for in depth discussions on the various technical and physics issues. The morning of Thursday is the plenary session with summary reports from the various working groups, then in the afternoon there is the first meeting of the Steering Committee.

A registration fee of 125 euros payable (only via credit card, no cash) in advance or during the meeting will be requested to cover the cost of coffee breaks, lunches and the Collaboration dinner. The Collaboration dinner will be Wednesday evening onboard the Marseillois clipper boat located in the Vieux Port.
