Description
The aim of the COrE/PRISM workshop is to discuss and organize the preparation of a CMB polarization satellite mission proposal, to be submitted in response to the upcoming ESA call for M-class mission concepts (M4).
The workshop will focus primarily on key questions to define our next proposed mission:
The workshop will focus primarily on key questions to define our next proposed mission:
- What value of r do we target?
- What science besides B-modes do we target?
- What is the impact of the science goals on the mission and instrument(s)?
- What should be our polarization modulation strategy?
- Should we propose an ancillary calibration spacecraft?

- Should we propose an ancillary calibration spacecraft?
- What is feasible within the budget?
