All presenters of plenary, parallel talks and posters are expected to be present in person during the conference.
Parallel talks
Presentation length: In general, you should plan for at least 3 minutes of discussion time after your talk; e.g., if your contribution is scheduled with a length of 20 minutes, please plan for 17 minutes of talk leaving 3 minutes for discussion. This may depend on the track you will be presenting in. Please refer to the timetable. If you are in doubt, contact the conveners of your session for the detailed time planning. The list of session conveners will be available in the Scientific Programme of the conference.
Slides upload: Speakers are asked to upload their slides in pdf format directly to the Indico timetable of the conference, no later than the evening before the relevant session.
Plenary talks
Plenary talks are expected to be 30 minutes each including questions. Details will be given directly to each plenary speaker. For any question, please contact us.
Poster presentations
Poster format: Poster contributions should be of size A0 and portrait orientation (Width=841mm, Height=1189mm).
Poster upload: We kindly ask the presenters to also upload their poster in pdf format directly to the Indico timetable of the conference, no later than the evening before the poster session.
Date and place: The poster session will take place on Wednesday, July 9, 17:30-19:30 in the Espace 1000 of the Palais du Pharo. The specific place where each poster is to be displayed will be indicated to the poster presenters in due course.
Proceedings
The proceedings of the EPS-HEP2025 conference will be published in PoS Proceedings of Science. Contributions should not exceed:
- plenary talks: 10 pages,
- parallel talks: 6 pages,
- posters: 4 pages.
Technical details for the submission of the proceedings will be communicated directly to the presenters by email.
