Arriving from Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport
The Rhônexpress tram serves as a link between Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport and the centre of Lyon, to Part-Dieu train station (journey time approx. 30 minutes). For those aged between 12 and 25, a one-way ticket will cost 13.20€ (online and onsite). If you are over the age of 25, a ticket will cost you 14.70€ (2016 rate).

Taxis are also available to take you directly from the airport to your chosen destination. A trip to the centre of Lyon costs about 50€ and 75€.
Public transport
The metro, tram and bus systems are all easy way’s to get around Lyon and its suburbs.

Bikes
A great way to travel around Lyon is by using the Vélo’v public bicycles. This bike-hiring system allows you to hire and return bikes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from any of the 300 stations in the city. The first 30 minutes are free if you have a TCL or Vélo’v card.
A bicycle station is located close to the venue at 8 quai Claude Bernard 69007 Lyon.
Trains
Visiting both the local region and other areas of France is easy by train. A return ticket from Lyon to Paris will cost around 120€ or 50€ with a Carte 12-27 (card allowing reduced fares for 12-27 year olds). Special prices can be also available depending of the period.
