Conference Site: Club Belambra (La Grande Motte)
The conference is located at the "Belambra's Le Ponant Club", La Grande Motte. The "Le Ponant" club welcomes you to a magnificent 25-hectare park in the heart of the Petite Camargue, at the edge of Lake Ponant.
 

Conference fees
Registration fees include all the expenses for the organization of the meeting (conference site, book of abstracts, coffee breaks, etc) . They also cover come-together party, excursion and the banquet. Reduced rates are for students, IUPAC members, keynote lecturers, developping countries citizens. The conference fees are 570 euros (normal price), and 490 (reduced price).


Accomodation and food
For the accomodation at Club Belambra, there are two possibilities
1) Room in a double bungalow. Double bungalows have two bedrooms (double beds) and one bathroom. You share the bathroom with a second participant but you have your own room. If you come with an accompanying person, the whole bungalow is booked for you alone.
2) Room in a single bungalow. Single bungalows have one bedroom and one bathroom.
The prices for full housing and food at the Belambra Club are, for 5 days, (attendees special price) are:
  - 375 euros in a double bungalow
  - 505 euros in a single bungalow


Accompagnying persons
For accompanying persons, the price for the 5 days (food and housing all included)
  - 650 euros
This price for accompanying persons includes excursion and banquet


Facilities of the Club Belambra
Both for attendees and accompaying persons, these prices include free access to all facilities of the Holiday Club (swimming pool, leisure center, etc).


IUPAC Sponsorship
The conference has received the IUPAC sponsorship. This means that IUPAC's Members, Affiliates and Fellows be entitled to 10% reduction on the registration fee for scientific participants. 
IUPAC sponsorship implies that entry visas will be granted to all bona fide chemists, provided application is made not less than six months in advance. If a visa is not granted two months before the meeting, the Organizers and the IUPAC Secretariat should be notified by the applicant.


Excursion and Banquet
Excursion programme: Visit to Pont du Gard, one of the most famous ruins of the roman empire in France. Visit of Palais des Papes in Avignon (guided tour). Free time in Avignon for shopping and visit. Wine tasting in Avignon. Banquet will be held in Palais des Papes (vegetarian food available on request).


Change of dates for housing
A proportional price reduction will be applied for housing and food if the participants miss some of the days of the conference. Nevertheless, housing at Club Belambra is impossible before the beginning (Sunday, August 28th) or after the end (Friday September 2nd) of the conference. Attendees who wish to stay around the place out of the conference dates are advised to stay in Marseille or Montpellier which are cities are high cultural interest. They can also stay in one of the numerous hotels of La Grande Motte.
