Fees will be managed via the CNRS application "Azur-Colloque".
In what follows, you can find a brief summary of the distinct steps leading to the completion of the registration. A support document (with illustrated step-by-step instructions) can be downloaded here.
Important points:
- no on-site payment (cash, VISA, ...) will be accepted;
- fees must be paid exclusively via Azur Colloque;
- unpaid registrations before June 15th will be cancelled;
- online fee payment cannot be cancelled nor modified; conditions for reimbursement are directly set by the CNRS (only medical circumstances can call for a case by case review & consideration), and the local committee has no saying on the matter.
Payment of the fee requires two steps: (i) Pre-registration, following the link to Azur Colloque; (ii) Final registration, upon validation of the pre-registration.
Pre-registration
Carefully go over the detailed instructions in the pdf document. Go to the Azur Colloque website, and register using the same data as used in the Indico registration, in particular the category of the fee (early registration, Ph.D. student, senior, ...). An email with the confirmation of your data will be sent.
The Azur Colloque pre-registration must be validated by the organisers (it will take some time, so please do not worry!).
Final registration & on-line payment via debit/credit card
Following the validation of your pre-registration, you will receive another email, now inviting you to proceed to the final registration and payment of the fee via debit or credit card (for foreign participants, members of French Laboratories should proceed via purchase order/transfer. Once this step has been done, information is sent to the organisers, which will then confirm your full registration to BEAUTY 2023 in the Indico webpage.
