Serie of 5 lectures given by Nicolas Berger (LAPP) on statistical methods for particle physics

The lectures will have a "theory" section followed by a hands-on session.
Setup for the hands-on sessions
The hands-on session will be based on Jupyter notebooks built using the numpy/scipy/pyplot stack.
To run the notebooks locally, please install anaconda on your computer. It includes the JupyterLab module which you can use to run the notebooks. Alternatively, you can also install JupyterLab as a standalone package. If you use one of these solutions, please use the download links below to get the notebooks.
An alternate solution is to run the notebooks on a remote server at mybinder.org. This will probably be slower but avoids installing local modules. If you use this solution, please use the binder links below to run the notebooks.
