Description
The project Théorie LHC France promotes theoretical research in France that is related to the four LHC experiments (ALICE, ATLAS, CMS, LHC-B) at CERN. It currently includes 14 permanent theorists from 6 different laboratories and numerous experimentalists and funds two PhD students and one postdoc. A new postdoc position has just been opened; new researchers are always welcome to join. The project Théorie LHC France is funded by CNRS/IN2P3 and CEA/IRFU and is a partner of the French GDR Terascale and of similar projects in Germany and the United States. This meeting is also sponsored by the Center for Theoretical Physics in Grenoble.
