We arranged block booking in 4 affordable hotels (see below) for about 60 rooms, located within walking distance to the Observatory and close to the city centre. Tax (1.65E/night) and breakfast is included in the price unless otherwise specified. The arrangement covers two nights from 14th to 16th October: If you intend to stay until the 17th for splinter sessions, specify it during your reservation to book an additional night.
There are other hotels in and around the centre, as well as next to the main train station (e.g. here or here). Both the historical centre and the train station are directly connected to the meeting venue via tram lines.
Although the meeting is not during a plenary session of the European Parliament, we recommend to book your hotels sufficiently in advance.
