In between Paris and Munich, Strasbourg is easily reachable by train. High speed trains are also coming from Germany as well as local trains from Offenburg. The TGV train connects Strasbourg with Paris in less than 1h50 minutes at 320 km/h. In addition, the TGV has direct connections from the international Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris to Strasbourg.
Many European cities have direct flights to Strasbourg airport (Entzheim). The airport has a convenient rail shuttle connection to the main railway station in the city, running roughly every 15 min. A taxi ride to/from the airport takes about 20 min and costs around 40 euro.
Overseas participants may also choose to fly to Frankfurt Airport and then take the Lufthansa Express Bus to Strasbourg (departing 6 times a day, 3h min trip), or use Deutsche Bahn to reach Strasbourg by train (2h from the station "Frankfurt(M) Flughafen Fernbf"). Another option is to fly to Baden-Baden Airport, located in Germany but only 45 min drive from Strasbourg.
