2019 EIC User Group Meeting

The EICUG Meeting will have several sessions for contributed talks related to the physics, accelerator and detector R&D related to the EIC, including software and simulations.

Please submit an abstract of your contribution by April 8. You will be contacted by the session conveners before April 12.

In order to submit an abstract, you will need to create an account in this indico server (using an institutional email address only). The account creation is moderated and can take up to 1-2 business days to be approved. Please take this into account when submitting your abstract, and plan to create your account a few days before the deadline.

While the call for abstracts is now closed and no further presentations can be scheduled, a poster session is organized on Monday evening for additional contributions.

If you want to present a poster at the EICUG meeting, please contact the organizers at eicug2019@ipno.in2p3.fr with a title and abstract for your poster.
