Access to IPN
Note that due to the security rules, the doors of the building are locked and one requires an special card to access. When arrived at IPN, please call one of the following numbers;

If you enter through the 2 entrance (the closest from RER station), once your are in the building, take the corridor on the left to reach the room A015. If you you take the main entrance, take the corridor on your right.
Note that, if you stay at the Hotel d'Orsay, you can either take the RER B at "Le Guichet" to "Orsay-ville" (only one station), or walk through the campus (around 20 minutes).
Wireless
Inside IPN Orsay, you can use the eduroam wirelss if you already have an account, otherwise you can register to the IPN-Public as follows. Once you are connected to IPN-Public, you have 5 minutes of fully open access. During this time, you have to register to the IPN-Public webpage, then you connect to your emails to receive a login and password usable several days.
Conference dinner, welcome coktail, and lunches
For those who do not work at the Univ. Pars-Sud, we are pleased to inform you that lunches will be covered by the conference. The lunch will be take at the Unversity Restaurant nearby IPN. On Monday evening (6:00 pm), there will be a welcome cocktail while the conference dinner will be organized at the restaurant Le Gramophone (see map) on Wednesday evening at 8:00 pm. Both event will be offered to the participants.
