Registration is required for all collaboration meeting participants. It is not required for companions who wish to attend the excursion on October 7th afternoon and evening.
The 450-euro conference fee includes participation expenses, coffee breaks, lunches, and the excursion. This rate is the same for all attendees; there is no possibility to adapt this rate.

Go to the payment page at this link. Please ensure you complete the entire registration process and proceed to payment. You will not be able to access or modify your registration details later. Note that the available payment methods are cards or bank transfers. If you require an extra excursion for a companion on October 7th (additional fee of 150 euros), please select this option during payment. Additionally, please inform the organizers (via email to geant4-2026@lp2ib.in2p3.fr) of your companion's first name and last name, if your companion can eat raw oysters during the excursion, and specify their preferred dinner dishes for the excursion (see choices below, in the 'Participation in the conference' section).
