The collaboration meeting hotel (Mercure Château Chartrons) offers a corporate rate of 165 euros/night for a single room or 177 euros/night for a double room, including breakfast. Venue to Bordeaux by plane
The airport (BOD) is located less than an hour away from the city center (map, website). From the airport, you can reach the Bordeaux city center by:
- Shuttle bus, from the first to the last flight - website (pay in the bus, using cash or card, or online, or on the ZENBUS app on your phone)
- Tramway - website (pay at the stop, cash or card, or use the TBM app on your phone)
- Taxi (cash or card)
- Uber (Uber app on your phone)

Venue to Bordeaux by train
The train station is "Bordeaux Saint Jean" (website, map), which offers many fast trains (TGV), notably to and from:
- Paris city center (Montparnasse train station, website, map),
- Massy TGV station (website, map) close to Paris-Orly airport (ORY, website, map),
- Paris-Charles de Gaulle 2 TGV station (website, map), within the airport (CDG, website, map).

Moving in the city
You can navigate in the city with bus or tramway (tickets can be bought at stops, using cash, card, or use the TBM app on your phone), see the TBM website. Taxis, Uber, Bolt, ... are also available.
To/from the hotel by public transport:
- To reach the hotel, stop at "Gaussen" of bus line 51 (this is a one-way direction), see this link for live tracking.
- From the airport: take tramway line F direction "Gare de Bègles", then stop at "Palais de justice", change to bus line 51 direction "Bassins à flot", and then stop at "Gaussen".
- From the train station: take tram line C direction "Parc des expositions", then stop at "Paul Doumer", change to bus 51 direction "Bassin à flot", and then stop at "Gaussen".
- To leave the hotel, go to the bus stop "Journu Auber" of bus line 51 (this is a one-way direction), see this link for live tracking.
