EJC 2026 registration fee is 450 € (VAT included) and covers: the shuttle bus from La Rochelle (more details to come), the accommodation and meals for the whole stay, including coffee breaks and a social dinner.
The school proposes a reduced fee of 150 € for participants from institutions that support EJC 2026: CNRS, CEA and the French Universities.
The registration fee will be refundable in case of cancellation of the participant before August 2. Travel costs are at the charge of the participants or their institutions.
The registration process to EJC2026 is done in two steps:
1/ Pre-registration from March 15th to July 15th, 2026 (click on buttons below)
2/ Final registration for selected participants from June 7th to July 15th, 2026
An e-mail with the information needed for registration and payment will be sent to the selected participants.
