Processing of personal data. 

The data collected when you register will be processed for the sole purpose of ensuring the smooth running of this event. It will be kept by the L2IT management and will not be passed on to other entities. 

Only the names and affiliations of speakers as given in indico (and any contributions they may have made) will be published on the agenda for this event. 

The list of participants will only show those whose consent was actively received at the time of registration.

Photography and recording

The workshop organizers will take photographs during the workshop, both during sessions and at social events, for the purpose of promoting the workshop. The workshop sessions will also be recorded and made available to the general public on the CNRS website. These materials are intended for non-commercial purposes and will only be used by the workshop organizers and partners.

In order to respect your privacy, we ask you explicitly in the form if you agree to transfer your image rights to the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS), organizer of the AISSAI workshop "Heterogeneous Data and Large Representation Models in Science".

Please note that the term "Image" refers to all personal attributes, including image and voice.
