What do the registration fees include?
Lunches (26-27-28/09), coffee breaks, and social dinner.
Amount and deadline
The registration fee is 200 EUR. We will review due payments in the second half of August. Fee payment confirms participation.

paying attention to the following instructions.
1) Please make sure to complete the form and the payment in one go, it literally takes 1 min. (Partially completed forms cannot be retrieved.)
2) You can just skip the second page of the form (logistic information), as we will use the logistic information you provided via indico.
3) If you pay yourself, please select "the invoice must be established to your name". If your institution pays on your behalf, please select "the invoice must be established to your organization’s name".
4) You have two main payment choices:
- credit card (American Express is not accepted)
- bank transfer. For the latter case, please specify in the
transfer's description “First name Last name Axions23”.
5) If you are affiliated to a CNRS lab you can also pay by "purchase order". Please approach your local administrator for further details.
6) After successful payment, you will receive an invoice at the email
address you provided in the form.
Be aware that fees are not refundable. The only accepted exceptions are
failure to obtain a visa and documented illness.
