Registration is done in two steps:
- Scientific registration on the web site of the conference
- Administrative registration and payment of the fees, on the link given when you proceed to the scientific registration
For both steps you will receive an e-mail of confirmation.
Fees:
- Standard: 350 € (after 31 Mai 400 €)
- Students: 200 € (after 31 Mai 250 €)
- Students of Strasbourg University: free
- Accompanying persons: 150 € (banquet, receptions, ceremonies and excursion the participation).
For participants who will not be able to visit Strasbourg, there will be a possibility to give there lecture remotely and all sessions (plenary and parallel) will be live-streamed (via a connection ID which will be circulated in due time). The conference fees will be the same for on-line and in-person participants.
You will specify in the second step of the registration (payment of the fees) if you select a On-site participation or a Virtual participation. It will be possible to change from on-site to virtual registration until June, 10, 2022.
