This rate applies to the nights of May 17, 18, 19 and 20, 2020 only. The sale price negotiated for the duration of the contract is:
CLUB room 1 person WITH BREAKFAST INCLUDED: 124€ TTC/night
CLUB room 2 person WITH BREAKFAST INCLUDED: 134€ TTC/night
SUPERIOR room 1 person WITH BREAKFAST INCLUDED: 144€ TTC/night
SUPERIOR room 2 person WITH BREAKFAST INCLUDED: 154€ TTC/night
IMPORTANT
The negotiated prices are exclusive of tourist tax. All reservations must be made directly through the hotel website https://www.hotellaperouse.fr/fr/ with the promotional code "IMT2020" The reservation will be considered firm and final upon receipt of the client's request . A bank guarantee is required at the time of booking. The hotel reserves the right to check the validity of the bank card communicated. An invalid bank card will invalidate the reservation.
The negotiated rate is available for the period from February 20, 2020 until March 31, 2020.
Reservations are subject to availability of the hotel at the time of request.
The rate negotiated in this contract is applicable for a maximum quota of 15 rooms. If this quota runs out, a possible renegotiation of this contract will be possible. If the quota is not reached by March 31, 2020, the remaining rooms will be put back on sale at the public rate and the promotional code will no longer be functional.
The tourist tax is 2.25 € TTC per day and per person.
Any cancellation of an individual reservation must be sent to the Hotel by phone or email, no later than D-15 on the day of arrival. From May 2, 2020, the reservation will not be modifiable and cannot be canceled. In case of “no-show” by the client and non-cancellation within the time limits, the first night will be charged.
Any other service provided by the hotel will be invoiced at the public price.
INVOICING AND TAKING CHARGE By default we will consider payment on the spot by the customer.
