Submission deadlineNo deadline
Before submitting an abstract, do not forget to register here at the conference.
You can submit an abstract for either an oral presentation or a poster:
- Oral presentation abstracts will be reviewed by the organizing committee.
- Poster abstracts will not be reviewed, every participant can freely bring a poster for the conference (constrained by the space available for display).
In its choice of oral presentation, the committee seeks to enhance both the quality of the research and the clarity of the subject, while trying to cover different fields of physics.
Each oral presentation will last 15 minutes, plus 5 minutes for questions. Particular attention should be paid to the pedagogy and perspective of the subject in a more general context. The subject must remain accessible to a public of physicists who are not specialists in the field.
Abstract must be written in English. Presentations can be made in English (prefered) or French. The presentation materials (slides, posters, etc.) must be in English and display the logo of the Doctoral School to which the speaker belongs.
