This form is a pre-registration form.
After completing it, you must pay the registration fees on the following website:

The registration is only considered valid once the payment has been received.
Registration fee: 330 €
Payment deadline: December 1st 2025
What the fee includes :
The fee of 330 € covers:
- Accommodation in a hotel near LAPP from February 3 to February 6 (3 nights)
- Lunches from February 4 to February 6
- Arrival is expected on February 3, and departure on the afternoon of February 6
Social dinner
A social dinner will be organized on the evening of February 5 :
Social dinner fee: 57.60 €
