Abstract submissions are welcomed from all individuals interested in contributing to the conference. Prospective speakers are invited to submit a brief description of their proposed talk. A formal abstract format is not required at this stage, as the primary purpose of this initial submission is to assist the committee in assessing the relevance of the topic and to facilitate preliminary discussions aimed at shaping the final contribution. The committee will make every effort to respond in a timely manner to those selected for inclusion. Modifications to submissions may be made at a later date, if necessary.
Presentations arising from experimental collaborations are normally expected to have received prior approval from the relevant Speakers' Boards or equivalent bodies.
