REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED;.
The registration proceeds in two separate branches and both branches must be completed to be fully registered:
In the first branch you pre-register as usual on indico with this registration form and you receive right away the pre-registration acknowledgement with the payment instructions inside this mail.. You should proceed directly, since there is no manual approvement at this stage.
In the second branch you pre-register on the azur colloque platform using the link from the indico registration acknowledgment. Then you will be manually approved (so this takes several hours or days during august) and will receive another email asking you to complete the payment on this same awzur-colloque platform (as also explained in the payment page)
Your presence in the participant list does not mean that you are done, you NEED TO COMPLETE THE PAYMENT.
So, again, after the indico pre-registration, you should just directly proceed to the branch payment, following the azur-colloque link received by e-mail in the indico pre-registration acknowledgeement.
