Welcome to the registration process of the HET ECFA workshop. The registration proceeds in two steps:
In a first step you pre-register on indico with this registration form and you receive right away the pre-registration acknowledgement with the payment instructions inside this mail.. You should proceed directly, since there is no manual approvement at this stage. In the second step you will pre-register on the azur colloque platform. Then you will be manually approved and will receive another email asking you to complete the payment (as also explained in the payment page) Your indico pre-registration will not appear immediately in the participant list. It will appear only when it will be fully paid and that's why you see just below the message that "this event is moderated and the organisers will have to approve your application". It will be approved only after final payment. So, again, after the indico pre-registration, you should just directly proceed to payment, following the azur-colloque link received by e-mail in the indico pre-registration acknowledgeement.
