REGISTRATION/PAYMENT CLOSE ON 24TH OF SEPTEMBER. The registration fees are:
- Student, or Postdoc with a poster registration: 200 EUR
- Late registration (Payment in September): 400 EUR
Late registrants may not have a guaranteed seat at the banquet in the main Restaurant ("La Coupole"). The first 160 fully registered participants have a guaranteed seat.
Before this payment step, please proceed to the indico registration, through the main indico menu.
Once you have done your indico registration, you will receive a pre-registration acknwoledgement mail notification in which there is the link to Azur-Colloque, the official payment system of CNRS, where you can go right away (there is no validation step at this level) to start the fee payment procedure.
There you will fist register on the Azur-Colloque platform. Once your pre-registration-to-payment is validated by Azur-Colloque (manual operation so some delays are possible in August), you will receive another invitation to proceed to final payment via VISA credit card.
CNRS employees (French Labs) can also pay by bank transfers or "bon de commande". Please note that payment by cash and by "CNRS Carte Achat" are NOT allowed.
