The Pixel 2024 proceedings will be bublished in JINST, Journal of Instrumentation, with a standard peer review process.
The number of pages should not exceed 5 pages (exluding the title page) for contributed talks/posters and 7 pages for invited talks.
When your contribution is ready, connect to jinst.sissa.it > choose the submit a proceedings contribution menu > scroll down to find the Pixel2024 conference 'submit a paper' choice. You can also use this direct submission link.
The submission deadline is February 7th, 2025.
The preferred format is LaTeX in one the following way:
- using the template available in Overleaf,
- using the package jinspub.sty.
Submission in .docx format is also possible, following these instructions and using this template.

- Check the quality of formatting, language and style (i.e. incoherent use of unit of measure; different conventions used in the same paper such as abbreviations \3 s", \3 sec", \3 seconds" and position: \3C", \3 C"; poorly organized tables; etc.)
