If you need an invitation letter, please indicate so during the registration process.
Important deadlines
- early bird registration with reduced fees by September 1,
- registration closes October 18,
- registration modification till October 18.
Fees
- Early bird: 390 EUR
- Student: 280 EUR
- Late registrant: 470 EUR
Fees cover:
- attendance at the venue, proceedings and welcome sweets,
- coffee breaks,
- lunches from Monday to Thursday,
- welcome coktail on Monday.
Options:
- Conference dinner: 70 EUR
- Friday lunch: 13 EUR
- One out of 3 excursion choices: 20 EUR
Accompagnying person
The requested fees are computed from the selection of options: the Conference dinner (see above), one Excursion (see above) and the welcome cocktail on Monday (40 EUR).
