Oral Presentation Guidelines
1. Oral Presentation Date and Time
Please refer to the Timetable available on the Indico page for details on your presentation.

2. Preparing Presentation Slides
- Please prepare your presentation slides in PDF or PowerPoint format.
- Please make sure the slides are in 16:9 ratio (1920 x 1080 px).
- All presentations must be prepared in English.
- Please make sure you set your presentation file name as Presentation_IDxxx_Last Name. The ID refers to your abstract ID which can be found after Log-in to your Indico account at My abstracts
- Please check the resolution of any images or graphs in your presentation files in advance.
- If you use fonts other than the standard fonts provided by MS Office, the layout may be altered.
3. Audio-visual (AV) Equipment
- The following audio-visual equipment will be provided in each session room:
✅ PC (laptop) with MS PowerPoint, operating on Windows
✅ Beam projector (RGB, HDMI Port) & projection screen
✅ Laser pointer & mouse
✅ Microphone
4. File Submission Process (Indico)
All presenters are required to submit their presentation slides via Indico system. Please make sure to follow the submission deadline of Friday, 19 September 2025. You may update your presentation slides until this deadline.
* Files are accepted in PDF or MS Power Point format only.
Please upload your files by taking the following steps:
1. Log-in to your Indico account of EuNPC2025. You have to log-in with the same e-mail as used for the submission of your abstract.
2. Click “My Contributions” on menu.

3. Click on the title of your contribution.
4. Click on the pencil icon.

* Please make sure you title your presentation slides Presentation_IDxxx_Last Name. The ID refers to your abstract ID.
5. Click “Upload files”.
6. Upload your presentation slides.
7. Click “Upload”.
5. Presentation Instructions
- Since a Preview Room will not be operated at EuNPC2025, bringing your presentation material on a USB drive on-site will be allowed only in exceptional cases. Please make sure to submit your PowerPoint or PDF file in advance via Indico system (see point 4 above).
- In case of difficulties please contact organizers at EuNPC2025@ganil.fr.
- Please arrive at your session room at least 15 minutes before the session begins to check your presentation file with the designated staff.
- Please be considerate of other speakers and the audience by keeping your presentation time. To ensure smooth operations, session chairs may interrupt your presentation if necessary.
6. Plenary Sessions streaming and recording
- All plenary sessions will be streamed for a broad audience.
- Only conference attendees who are in the plenary session room may ask questions to the plenary session speakers.
- The plenary session presentations will be recorded and available for the conference participants upon the prior agreement of the speakers.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
1. Poster Presentation Date and Time
Posters will be displayed in the exhibition hall, during official poster sessions scheduled for Tuesday evening from 19:30 and for Thursday afternoon from 16:50. All posters may remain on display throughout the conference until removal at 11:30 on Friday, September 26, 2025 at the latest.
- Location: MoHo, EXPERIMENTAL ROOM
- Date & Time: 19:30-21:00, Tuesday, 23 September 2025 and 16:50-18:30 Thursday 25 September 2025
- Set-up: 14:00-19:00, Monday, 22 September 2025
2. Preparing Posters
- Poster size: 0.594m (width) x 0.841m (height) (=A1 size)
- All posters must be prepared in English.
- Each poster should include the title, authors, and affiliation information, fitting within the designated space.
- Please ensure that the text and illustrations are bold and large enough to be readable from a distance of 1 meter.
- The posters printed upon request in Caen should be submitted to the organisers by September 1st at the conference Indico, following the same procedure as indicated for oral presentations in the point 4 above (File Submission Process).
- The posters printed in Caen will be available at the Conference Secretariat from 14:00 Monday, 22 September 2025.
3. Poster Setup and Removal Instructions
- To each presenter will be assigned a poster place.
- Presenters should print (if not printed in Caen by organizers), bring, and mount their posters at the assigned place.
- Posters should be set up on the correct poster place during the designated setup time.
- The EuNPC2025 organizers are NOT responsible for any posters that may be lost, stolen, damaged, or left behind after the conference.
- All posters must be removed by 11:30 on Friday, September 26, 2025 at the latest. Any posters left behind will be disposed.
