Registration is now closed, the information below is kept for reference:
Upon registration you will be asked to pay the conference fee which can be done by bank transfer or credit card. In return, as a confirmation you will receive an invoice by mail. Your name will appear on the list of registered participants with some delay. The rates for the conference fee are
Early registration (until March 18):
standard rate 120€ (with a reduced rate of 80€ for PhD students)
Registration (till April 8):
standard rate 150€ (with a reduced rate of 100€ for PhD students)
The fee includes lunch, coffee breaks, and reception. In addition, we will have a conference dinner on Wednesday evening (for an additional fee of 50€). Please tick the corresponding box on the registration site if you are interested. Please also indicate in the comments your dietary preferences (e.g. for vegetarian options at the lunch buffet). Unfortunately, we are not be able to offer a vegan option for the conference dinner.
Important note: In case the conference had to be cancelled or postponed (given the uncertainty of the current sanitary situation), your conference fees will be entirely reimbursed.
