Description
In this talk I will discuss some implications of higher order operators (dimension 5 and 6) on the MSSM spectrum. In particular I will state how the effective parameters appearing in those operators are constrained by current measurements, and how we can use the allowed range of those parameters to vary the masses in the Higgs, neutralinos and charginos sectors.
