In addition to highlight talks, we are expecting contributions for oral presentations from colleagues all over the world.

All abstracts must be received before April 21, 2023. The official language of the conference is English.

Accepted Abstracts for XESAT2023 will be published in the XESAT2023 Book of Abstracts, which will be distributed in a USB-stick to all participants upon arrival at the conference. Abstracts must be typed in English. This instruction page is an example of the format and font sizes to be used. This text will be used in the book of Abstracts so please treat it as though it is the final published manuscript. 

Here follows detailed instructions on how to produce an abstract. Authors should use Microsoft Word or an RTF-able program like Open-Office (from the RTF template) to produce their abstract. The right, top and bottom margins should have 3.0 cm and the left margin should have 3.5 cm. Only Times New Roman font is accepted. The title of the paper is typed in boldface 16 point characters and centered on the page. The author’s name is typed in bold 16 point and centered. Directly under the author’s name, and also centered on the page, is the author’s affiliation and the e-mail address italicized of (at least) the corresponding author. The main text should be typed single spaced using 12 point characters. Paragraphs are separated by a single line space with no indentation. The text of the abstract is written in one column and justified. Figures and Tables may be inserted and centered within the page. The references should appear in the text as [1] and should be listed at the end of the abstract text.

The abstract should be submitted through the conference web site submission on-line system.

We kindly ask to keep the present text format. Just replace the text in this document with your own and it will have the right properties.
