The meeting will start on Monday morning and will finish on Friday at noon. Lunches will be provided for Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 12:30. Wednesday afternoon will be a free time to visit Bordeaux by your own so the lunch will not be provided. Dinner will be also provided on Monday evening as well as on Wednesday evening.

It will take place on the evening of Monday June 10 at 6:30pm in the reception room near the AGORA Auditorium.
Excursion & Gala Dinner
The gala dinner will take place on Wednesday evening, June 12, 2024.
An aperitif will be served aboard the Burdigala, a traditional Bordeaux barge and former grain ship. The 1h30 cruise will take you to the restaurant "La Maison du Fleuve" for the gala dinner. The return to Bordeaux will be around 11:30pm.

- A walk of 1.5 to 2 hours along the river by the two bridges (Pont de Pierre and Chaban-Delmas bridge)

- Pey-Berland tower to have a nice view of Bordeaux from the top
