To go downtown, you need to take the Line 21 City Bus to "Castellane" and there take the Subway Line 1 (M1) Direction "La Rose" and stop at "Vieux-Port" station (2 stations from Castellane).
Count at least 1 hour from Campus to be safe; on holidays the buses and subway trains are less frequent than during the working days.
The 21 Bus takes about 30 minutes to go from Luminy to Castellane, then you need to catch the Line 1 (M1) Subway (1 every 9 minutes on average) which takes a bit less than 10 minutes to reach the "Vieux-Port" station.
Tuesday July 3
Dinner together with some of your teachers at the Greenwich Restaurant at the Escale Borely.
Dinner is scheduled at 19:30; the teachers will drive you by car after class to the restaurant and back to Campus.
Before dinner, you can also have a swim in the Mediterranean sea, if you feel like it ! :-)
Thursday July 5
Dinner together with some of your teachers at the O'ZEN Restaurant at the Escale Borely.
Dinner is scheduled at 19:30; the teachers will drive you by car after class to the restaurant and back to Campus.
Before dinner, you can also have a swim in the Mediterranean sea, if you feel like it ! :-)
Sunday July 8
Ana DUMITRIU (07 88 94 52 09) will be accompanying you in your discovery of Marseille and what it has to offer.
Do not forget to take your lunch box (delivered at CROUS Bât B at 09:00), water and sun protection with you :-)
And do not forget to take nice pictures for the Picture Contest!
Regroup at 14:00 (sharp) here at the Vieux-Port:
to get access to the boat we booked for you for a visit starting at 14:30 of the Essentials of the Calanques:
And then, just enjoy the Sea, the Sun and the Scenery :-) But do not get sun burnt!
At 19:30 go to the Restaurant La Nautique on the Vieux-Port, where dinner has been booked for you.
