Description

Heavy-ion collisions are the experimental tool to study the Quark-Gluon Plasma (QGP) in the laboratory. The particles produced that steam till the detectors are the observables to characterize it. In particular, hard probes carry information on the first stages of the collision: the equilibration process, the QGP and its transition. Selected measurements will be presented.
