A three-day workshop, May 2-4, designed to start off the first Indo-French Network Project in High Energy Physics (LIA THEP and CEFIPRA INFRE-HEPNET) will be held at IISc Bangalore. This kick-off workshop will be followed by a one-day meeting at ICTS Bangalore on May 5th to review and discuss the recent possible excess in ATLAS and CMS experiments at LHC in the di-photon signal at 750 GeV.
