All foreign nationals entering and staying on French territory must have a valid visa, unless you are exempt from this requirement. In order to know how to apply for a visa and get all the relevant information, please consult the website of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs:
Letter of invitation
If you need a letter of invitation, please inform as soon as possible both Catherine Desailly-Guyard (catherine.desailly@cea.fr) and Sebastien Bousson (bousson@ipno.in2p3.fr), indicating your full name, institution and address.
Don't forget also to register for the workshop before you request the letter of invitation.
