Assuming you chose the English one, click on the "Pre-registration" link corresponding to the conference "ALICE 2013".
Fill the blanks and click OK. At this step you are "pre-registered".
A couple of minutes later, you will receive an email with instructions to confirm your registration and proceed for payment.
During the payment step, don't forget to tick the Bowling and Social dinner events if you plan to attend them !
