Description
We present the result of measurements of the cross sections for the simultaneous
production of two vector bosons ($WW$, $WZ$, $ZZ$) in lepton plus jets decays at
a center-of-mass energy of $\sqrt{s}=1.96$ TeV using data collected with the
CDF and D0 detectors at the Fermilab Tevatron. We then present the results of
searches for the $WZ$ or $ZZ$ production where one ot the bosons decays
leptonically ($W\to\ell\nu$, $Z\to\ell^+\ell^-$ or $Z\to\nu\bar{\nu}$) and
the other $Z$ boson decays to $b\bar{b}$. These final states are direct analogs
of the final states used in the Standard Model Higgs searches in final states
with leptons and $b$ quark pairs and thuis provide a crucial validation
benchmark of the Higgs boson signal isolation techniques involved.
