- To reach the conference venue from Montpellier downtown, one can
- walk approximately 30 minutes;
- take Tramway 5, direction "Clapiers", until the stop "Pôle Chimie Balard" (5 minutes walk to the venue);
- take Tramway 1, direction ''Mosson'', until the stop ''Universités des Sciences et Lettres'' (10 minutes walk to the venue).
- NB: Public transportation is NOT free for non-residents: instructions to buy tickets here.
- Concerning lunches:
- Lunch on Wednesday will not be provided. If you arrive early on campus, you can have lunch at the university restaurant Minerve (building 37) for a fixed visitor's price of about 10 euros for a full meal. Alternatively, a few small restaurants/bars can be found around Avenue du Docteur Pezet nearby.
- Lunch on Thursday, for those who signed up, will be provided as a picnic on the campus grounds (weather permitting).
- Lunch on Friday, for those who signed up, will be served at the university restaurant Minerve.
- The conference dinner will take place on Thursday 8pm, at La table de Pierre Rouge, inside the tennis club, at 7 avenue Saint-Lazare: it is a 15-minute walk from downtown, or a 5-minute walk from the the Tramway 2, stop Jeu de Mail des Abbés. Please make sure to arrive on time.
