Details
- Workshop will begin at 9:30 am on Monday 13 October.
- Workshop will end at 5 pm on Tuesday 14 October.
- The first day will occur at IPAG in Grenoble and the second one at LAPP/LAPTh in Annecy.
- One poster session will occur each day. Annecy people will present in Grenoble and Grenoble people will present in Annecy.
Social events
Monday : We will meet at Eve around 6 pm.

Information about talks
- Language: Acknowledging that some participants may not understand/speak French, using English is strongly encouraged.
- Speakers: please upload your slides/posters on this indico page before your talk.
Venue details
For Grenoble (First day):
The meeting address is Institut de Planétologie et d’Astrophysique de Grenoble, OSUG-A, 414, Rue de la Piscine, Domaine Universitaire, 38400 St-Martin d’Hères. A GPS map for the access is available below.
- By car : parking is available behind the A building
- By train/tram : From the train station, you can take the D or B-line dir. Gières, Plaine des Sports and stop at Les taillé station.
Annecy (second day):
The laboratory address is 9 Chem. de Bellevue, 74940 Annecy, France. There is a barrier at the entrance of the parking. It is automatic and will lift rapidly after you approach it. To access the lab:
- By car : Parking slots are available in front of the laboratory.
- By train/bus : From the train station, you can take the line 1 dir. Parc des Glaisin. The bus stop is "Campus". It will take around 30 mins from the train station to the laboratory.
The workshop sessions will mainly occur in the amphitheater. To access it, you have to enter by the round building (see map below).
