GANIL Guest house

How to book
To make a reservation, a guest shall be eligible to stay in the GANIL Guesthouse (coming for an experiment, a meeting, a collaboration…).
Send an email to accueil@ganil.fr, at least 3 days before scheduled arrival, with the following information:
- Your name and firstname
- Your institution/laboratory
- Your arrival and departure dates
- Your reason for visit.

Check-in / Check-out
Check-in time: from 2:00 pm
Check-out time: by 11:00 am
Outside of business hours (8:30 am – 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday), your access card and your key will be available at the security office at the entrance of GANIL otherwise you will need to present at the welcome office.
