Registration Instructions
Welcome to the registration form for the S3 School.
To complete your registration, please follow these two steps:
1 – Fill out the Indico form
Provide your personal information, accommodation preferences, workshop choices, and other details.
This will help us organize the logistics, workshops, and social events.
2 – Register through Azur Colloque
Once you have submitted the Indico form, please complete your registration on Azur Colloque using the following link: https://dr11.azur-colloque.fr/inscription/en/341/inscription
Please note that there are different registration categories on Azur Colloque:
On-site Participants: For the 60 participants attending in person. If you will attend on site, please select this category.
Satellite Sites: For the referent of a satellite site hosting remote participants to broadcast the school.
LAPP/LAPTH Members: For members of LAPP or LAPTH.
This step is mandatory to finalize your registration and payment.
⚠️ Important: Your registration will only be confirmed once both steps are completed.
