Accommodation at Jean XXIII
The accommodation at centre Jean XXIII is included in the price.
Participants will be hosted in twin rooms.
Speakers are hosted in the same venue to allow best exchanges with participants.
The centre Jean XXIII is located at walking distance from LAPP (see directions below) and on the bus line 1 or 4 from the train station.
Jean XXIII arrival and leaving times
The centre reception will be open from 8:00 to 20:00, with check-in available from 16:00 to 20:00.
Luggages can be dropped off and picked up during these time slots.
If you arrive in Annecy outside of these time slots and wish to drop your luggage somewhere to enjoy the city, there is a luggage storage service: https://en.lac-annecy.com/luggage-storage/.
Late Arrivals (after 20:00)
Late arrivals are not an issue. If you arrive after 20:00, please inform the organizers in advance. On the day of arrival, the residence will send you an SMS with all the necessary instructions to access the center, including the code for the key box.

Rooms organization (in particular if you want to share a room with a specific person) will be dealt with after the registration deadline.
