Guidelines for Poster
This document contains guidelines for the poster that you will prepare for the Summer School. Please read this document carefully.
Format: A0 (W x H = 841mm x 1189mm) with portrait orientation.
Printing poster by the University Printing Service will be offered by sending the pdf file at A0 format the 16th of June at latest.
Fonts and colors:
Choose easily legible fonts. The minimum font size is 28 pt. All texts must be readable from a minimum distance of 2 meters. Choose color schemes that are friendly to people with colour-vision deficiency.
Logistics:
Posters will be installed the first day of the Summer School, Monday the 30th of June and will be removed on Wednesday the 9th of July.
The poster board will be arranged in the coffee room to facilitate interaction between the participants.
