ACCOMMODATION: ICISE is situated by the sea, just outside the town of Quy Nhon. Participants will stay at the 4-star Seagull Hotel, located directly on the beach in Quy Nhon city. The hotel is approximately a 10-minute drive or a one-hour walk from ICISE.
The registration fee includes breakfast, lunch at the Institute, and accommodation in shared rooms. Single rooms are available for an additional cost. Daily transportation between the hotel and ICISE will be provided.
MEALS: Breakfast is served at the hotel, and lunch is provided at the Institute on working days. Participants with special dietary requirements are kindly requested to specify their preferences during registration. For dinner, Quy Nhon offers a wide selection of restaurants with excellent cuisine at reasonable prices.
TRAVEL: The most convenient way to reach Quy Nhon is by air from Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City, with several daily flights available between these cities and Quy Nhon.
Coaches will be arranged to transport participants from Quy Nhon Airport to the hotel on Sunday, June 8th, and from the hotel to the airport on Saturday, June 21st. To benefit from this service, participants are kindly requested to communicate their flight numbers to the Summer School management in advance.
FACILITIES: The conference room is equipped with blackboards, video projectors, and overhead projectors. A Wi-Fi network is available throughout the center, along with ports for connecting laptops or other electronic devices. Additionally, there is a small library for on-site reading, and several small workspaces are scattered throughout the tropical garden.
