ECT has a list of recommended hotels. Approximately 3 weeks before the workshop, they will propose to each participant a single room in one of these hotels, at the cost of ~ 85 euros/night (that you pay to the hotel during your stay). So if this price is ok for you, there is no need to look for accomodation---but you should give your correct arrival/departure dates when you register on the ECT-webpage-for-the-workshop-which-does-not-yet-exist.
