The CNRS conference center "Paul Langevin" is located in Aussois (Haute-Maurienne-Vanoise-Alpen). Aussois is a nice mountain Alpen village known for its ski-resort station.

The Paul Langevin center in Aussois is accessible by train via Modane (15 min by bus/car) or Chambéry (1h30 by car, 2h by bus), both with direct trains from/to Paris.
Bus Shuttle Modane <-> Aussois
On Sunday 17th : Shuttle to Aussois departing around 5 pm (to be confirmed) :
Train arriving from Paris arrivals at 14h21 and 16:21
On Friday 22nd : Departure at 13h from Aussois
Bus departure from Modane to Chambery at 13h46 => 16h07 -- 16h23 to Paris
or direct train at 17:15 to Paris
The number of participants will be limited to 60 participants.

Cost and possible support
The cost (including meals) of the stay for each participants, without support, will be 500 euros for the week and will be paid on-site. More detailed information on this can be found here. We expect to provide support for a large majority of participants. A priority for support will be given to PhD students and postdocs.
