Access to KEK from Tsukuba Station for the Workshop:
Shuttle bus from Tsukuba station to KEK:
A shuttle bus will be provided for the workshop participants between Tsukuba station and the conference venue.
The bus will leave at 9 am from the sidewalk opposite to Daiwa Roynet Hotel near Tsukuba station (google maps - see screebshot above). Please arrive at the pickup location 10-15 minutes before!!! The bus will bring back participants to the same location at the end of the day around 6:30 pm.
